The 2012 Christmas Party

Time? : From 12noon with lunch served at 1.00pm

Partners and Friends ... $60

What’s for lunch? : A huge Christmas Buffet Feast as listed Buffet Menu .
Guaranteed that you’ll probably skip dinner!!

We would love to get a great number of members along to not only celebrate Christmas and the year that is almost past,
but also to make sure we honour all the hard working teachers of the School of Bonsai in a truly fitting way.
So we would greatly appreciate every members attendance if possible.

There will be presentations made to all the teachers of the School at 12.40pm
as well as a special presentation to the 2011 Beginner Student of the Year.
Lunch will then be served at 1.00pm sharp!
There will also be a lucky door prize awarded on the day, as well as the drawing of the School of Bonsai Christmas Raffle.

We would greatly appreciate that all members respect the
RSVP deadline is Thursday December 6, 2012
for payment and confirmation of attendance.

Table set-up will be round tables of 8 per table.

This setting has been chosen to help make the event as fun and social as possible.
Of course, feel free to mingle as much as you like with people from other tables during the lunch.
If a group of members would like to sit together please let me know in advance
so I can reserve a table for your listed group.
